This is a part time role, hours & salary to be negotiated against expertise and experience of the applicant.

Reports from the RCFC NPL & Jnr Development Coaches
Key Role Statement
To assist the on field development and management of a junior football club. This position will
support the club’s NPL & Development football department, with the key focus on building the
capabilities of the under 13 to under 16 NPL & Development junior teams and respective coaches.
· Support Rockingham City and its football operations, coaches and managers to develop and implement a football development plan and playing model for the under 13’s to Under 16’s teams.
· Develop and implement coaching standards, roles and responsibilities and professional support and development pathways for the under 13’s to under 16’s playing groups.
Assist the Technical director in appointing all coaches.
Assist coaches at the trials for team selection.
Be present at most Rockingham City junior games, either home home or away throughout the season
Be present at coaching sessions
Completely independent from players and teams
Minimum C Licence
Demonstrated football knowledge
Strong leadership and Negotiation skills
Proven ability to lead the technical, professional development and operational aspects of football departments
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Current working with children certificate
Well organised and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Diplomacy and strong conflict resolution skills
