This is a part time role, hours & remuneration to be negotiated against expertise and experience of the applicant.

Key Role Statement
To assist the on field development and management of a junior mini-roos football club. This position
will support the club’s mini-roos football department, with the key focus on building the capabilities
of mini-roos junior teams and respective coaches.
Support Rockingham City and its football operations, coaches and managers to develop and implement a football development plan and playing model for mini-roos teams.
Develop and implement coaching standards, roles and responsibilities and professional support and development pathways for the mini-roos playing groups.
Assist in appointing all mini-roos coaches.
Assist coaches in mini-roos team selection.
Be present at Rockingham City mini-roos games, either home or away throughout the season
Be present at coaching sessions
Completely independent from players and teams
Minimum FFA Level 1 & Level 2 accreditation
Demonstrated football knowledge
Strong leadership and Negotiation skills
·Proven ability to lead the technical, professional development and operational aspects of football departments
·Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Current working with children certificate
Well organised and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Diplomacy and strong conflict resolution skills
