  • MiniRoo's Registration fee:  $290 (under 6 to under 11) 

  • U12's Registration fee:  $320 (under 12's only) 

  • Junior  Registration Fee: $440 ( under 13 to under 16) 

  • Junior NPL Registration Fee:  $820 (under 13 - Under 16)

  • Sunday U18's Registration Fee:  $460

  • Senior NPL U18's Registration Fee: $890

  • Senior NPL U20's & First Team Registration Fee: $950

  • Masters/Social Registration Fee: $440

All MiniRoo's and Junior's fees include a $50 Volunteer levy which can be earned back. An emails will be sent once registered with more details.  

Kit 

The club will provide game day shirt (yellow) this will remain property of the club. Coaches/team manager will hand shirts out on game day and returned after the game. Game day shirt under no circumstance should be taken home unless on washing duties and should be retuned to coach or team manager next training day 

The following kit is included in you registration fee's:

  • Miniroo's/U12/Masters/Socials - Game day socks and short 

  • Juniors/Suday U18's - Game day shorts and socks, Training/away Shirt, Shorts and socks 

  • Junior/Senior NPL - Game day shorts and socks, Training/away Shirt, Shorts and socks, polo, jacket and bag

What is covered by the membership fee?

Football West registration, club running costs, lighting, referees, equipment, kit, balls, where required, insurance, first aid kits (as stated above) etc 

ALL our coaches are volunteers, so please be prepared to help. If you like coaching, the club will support you by providing community courses, and if you are really serious about it, we will help you get the FFA “C” license accreditation.

For our junior members, the cost of individual and team photographs are NOT included in the registration fee. This will be a separate cost if you wish to have one.

Unfortunately, costs associated with Football West, FFA, referee fees, ground, and building maintenance have increased for this year.

How can we keep these costs down?

The committee has been mindful of keeping costs as low as possible for our members and are currently running a sponsorship drive to raise funds for all teams, if you are part of a company who would be able to provide support for our club, please contact a member of the committee for more information.

Kidsport Registration

Kidsport registrations are available online for players aged 5-18 if you have a current Concession Card, Pension or Health Care Card from Centrelink, you must complete an online application at http://www.dsr.wa.gov.au/funding/individuals/kidsport please email the unique code to rcfcjnrcoordinator@gmail.com for your child to be eligible to play, please note the $50.00 Volunteer Levy is still payable by all kidsport applicants. For more information contact your Local shire office.

FFA Numbers
Registration requires a Football Federation Australia (FFA) number. If you are new to football in Australia, then you will need to fill in your details and generate a brand new FFA number. Returning players should use their existing FFA account.

Coaches and Managers 

If you are Coaching or Managing a team this year, please register as a coach or team manager, if your playing and coaching you will need to complete a second registration as a coach.
Please be aware if you are coaching a team this season and don’t have a family member in your team, FFA/FW require you to complete a “working with children” check.  The club will reimburse the cost of this document.

The age groups and years of birth for the 2019 season are as follows:

Remember – your registration is not complete until full payment has been received. When you have registered and paid online, the player status will remain “Pending Awaiting Approval” until all necessary documentation is received, and you have been assigned to a team, and then your status will change to “Active”.

Player registrations will not be activated until all monies have been received.

Trials will be held for all peer groups from MiniRoos up to and including Sunday 18’s.  Once these trials have been completed, the RCFC Junior Coordinator will email all the successful applicants who have been accepted into a team for the following season.  Players can accept their position by registering on Play Football and paying the initial deposit (non refundable) which normally includes the FW component and kit purchase.  Once this process has been done the Player is accepted as a Player for the season at RCFC.

Photo Requirements
All players playing in competitions u12s and up will require a photograph to be uploaded to complete their registration.

You can upload a new photo using the PlayFootball web site.  If you are requested to provide a photo for this purpose, the guidelines are as follows:
▪ A clear head photo of the player – see examples below (the one at the bottom right is preferred)
▪ Should be relatively recent (within 3 years for Under 18 or 5-10 years for Over 18)

If you have registered, then changed your mind, please de-register yourself or your child and email the club.

Please be aware of the refund policy for the 2019 season.

Players are only entitled to a refund if a team folds from no fault of their own and RCFC cannot field a team.  In this instance each player will be granted with a refund.

 

If a player chooses to leave the club after registering and paying fees and is doing so to join another Club then no refund will be granted.  Players must realize that if RCFC have provided a full team with training, kit and Coach on board we have kept up with our side of the team and spent a lot of voluntary hours to honor this. 

A player leaving on his own accord is not only letting the team down but the Club as well.

 

Injury

 

If a player has obtained a severe injury such as a broken leg and will hinder him inactive for most of the season then a refund can be given or a credit for the following season.  A medical note will need to be provided for this.

 

If a player moves Inter State through family circumstances this will also be considered.  Committee decision is final.

Team Allocation
All age coordinators do their best to accommodate all registered players, however as team numbers are limited and some teams are competitive your child may miss out on a place even when fully registered. As a club, we try to accommodate all players and appreciate your patience and understanding on this difficult task.
